![]() ![]() ![]() I have spent at least a total of 7 hours on the phone in the last month between the two of them. Quickbooks says it is an American Express problem and of course American Express says it is a Quickbooks problem. We definitely had them connected at the same time. Does anyone have any ideas? American Express acts like we never had the ability to have these accounts connected at the same time. Now I have to disconnect from one account and reconnect to the other account manually to get the updates. ![]() ![]() In the past 3 years we have had no issues with the downloads to both of those entities. One has two credit cards and the other has one credit card. We have American Express credit cards for 2 of those entities. We have multiple companies listed under one QB login. I ended up having to manually download the transactions from a csv file. We are having issues that started in November 2018 showing error 105. For years we have had the ability to connect American Express with QB Online. ![]()
